Insurance Staffing

In accepting search assignments, the NESG Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions Brokerage agrees to identify, qualify, and present hireable candidates to our clients.

Candidates working with us have an advantage, because with our assistance, there is a high likelihood you will be interviewed and hired. If you are interested in having us represent you, we ask you to participate in the process in several ways.

Take a careful look at this list to be sure you understand how we can work together:

  1. Provide us with a professional resume. Your resume should be accurate, readable, informative, concise and grammatically correct. Focus on your accomplishments. Be honest. Keep it simple, and include dates. Specifically, use “present” as a status only if you are currently employed by a company, and indicate “BS” or “BA” for degrees you have fully earned.
  2. Confidentiality. The identity of our clients is revealed to you only when there is an expressed interest in your candidacy.  By the same token, we protect your anonymity. Only with your permission do we forward your resume to our clients. With NESG Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions Brokerage, you will always know where your resume has been presented.
  3. Are you working with other recruiters and/or conducting your own job search? If you are, now is the time to tell us. We don’t want to duplicate others’ efforts because it reflects poorly on both of us. If you are entertaining other offers, we would like to know in order to coordinate our client’s schedule with yours. Keep us up to date throughout the process.
  4. Is your resume posted on the Internet? If you want us to represent you, it will have to be removed.  There are three reasons for insisting on this policy:
    • First, you need to know where your resume goes. If it’s on the Internet, other recruiters may download it and present you without your knowledge.
    • Second, your stock value goes down as a consequence of wide distribution.
    • Third, if our client sees your resume, our presentation will not be accepted.

For all of these reasons, if you want to work with NESG Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions Brokerage, you will need to remove your resume from the Internet.
